Food Truck Vendor Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee is required to process all food truck vendor requests with Bluebird. This fee covers administrative review, site assessment, and background checks and is due at the time of application. Payment does not guarantee approval or assignment of a vending location. BLUEBIRD FOOD TRUCK GUIDELINES

Bluebird is seeking thoughtfully curated food vendors that align with the welcoming, creative, and community-centered atmosphere of the festival.

We are looking for food trucks that feel:
• high quality
• visually clean and well-presented
• creative and approachable
• family-friendly
• community-oriented

Ideal concepts may include:
• coffee + tea
• pastries + desserts
• artisan sandwiches
• globally inspired cuisine
• healthy or wellness-focused options
• elevated comfort food
• vegetarian and vegan-friendly offerings

Preference may be given to:
• women-owned businesses
• locally rooted brands
• visually cohesive truck designs
• sustainable practices
• strong customer service
• unique or memorable food concepts

The following are not aligned with the festival vision:
• alcohol vendors
• heavily branded corporate activations
• politically affiliated organizations
• aggressive promotional marketing
• vendors with excessive signage or loud sales tactics
